استنادا إلى اللائحة التنفيذية لقانون تنظيم مزاولة مهنة الصيدلة والمؤسسات الصيدلانية الصادرة بالقرار الوزاري رقم ١١٣ / ٢٠٢٠،
وبناء على ما تقتضيه المصلحة العامة.
تقرر
المادة الأولى
يجوز للصيدليات – دون غيرها – صرف الأدوية اللاوصفية (OTC)، المبينة في الملحق (١) المرفق بهذا القرار دون وصفة طبية.
كما يجوز للمحال التجارية بيع الأدوية اللاوصفية (GSL)، المبينة في الملحق (٢) المرفق بهذا القرار.
المادة الثانية
ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية، ويعمل به من اليوم التالي لتاريخ نشره.
